Jason Watt, Denmark (1970)

Jason is a successfull Danish racing driver. He enjoyed a successfull karting and formula racing career that came to a sudden end through a tragic motorcycle accident in 1999 which left him paralysed from the chest down. Only one year later he was back in a specially modified touring car and successfully continued racing. In 2002 Jason won the Danish Touring Car Championship being the first handicapped racing driver ever to win a national championship. Even though he stopped his career in the meantime, he still is closely linked to racing. Be it as team manager of Team Wounded Racing endurance team or through the karting career of his son Noah.
